A single session is focused on a specific area of your choosing. We release all that comes up in the time your subconscious mind allows.  The energy body (spirit) will start to process the findings indicating that the session is complete.

Sessions will be focused on any area of choice, literally, ANYTHING of your choosing; working towards greater wellness, boosting confidence, letting go of pain, fear, phobias, anger, or to target specific physical or emotional imbalances.  You will be given the option to review the findings in a phone consultation. Please allow 48 hours between sessions to allow time for processing/healing.  You may choose a general healing session, which focuses on the most powerful underlying imbalances that are hindering your well-being.
